On Monday, March 24th, Clay Aiken visited with the faculty and students at the CCCC in Sanford.
What Clay Aiken might have learned on Monday:
- Welding is a high salary and high skill profession. Industry, both nationally and locally, needs skilled welders. The federal Occupational Outlook Handbook indicates that the need for welders will grow by 15 percent over the next 10 years.
- CCCC offers a two-year Associate in Applied Science Degree in the rapidly growing field of Computer Engineering Technology (CET). Job forecasts for this developing profession are strong.
- You can meet interesting people on a college campus and have a good conversation.

Last week, Clay spent some time with The College Democrats of Campbell University. This dedicated group of students posted a great picture on Monday.
I bet these students have lots of fun as they strive to make a difference!

Today, Clay travels to Atlanta, Georgia for a fundraising reception at the Ansley Golf Club.
Hosted by Marion Sullivan and Jim Cotter, the event should be exciting. I hope they raise a ton of money!
I do hope that we get some pictures and tweets so that we can all share in the excitement!
What did you think of the pictures today? Do you have a favorite?
