What an exciting day to be a member of the ClayNation. It seems that there were so many exciting things happening today.
First, let me tell you how exciting it is to be here in Washington D.C. I was walking across the lobby of the Marriott and I hear my name and there is one of my good friends waiting to get into her room. How fun!! At the end of the evening, I shared a table at the Marriott with about 15 Clayfans…a spur of the moment get-together to laugh, remember and look to the future. Does this happen with other celebrity fans. I bet not. By the time we all left to our rooms,we were fast friends. Thanks to Clay Aiken for bringing us together!
I loved seeing the article about The Celebrity Apprentice on Thursday. Reading positive things written about Clay is always great to me.
I started reading articles by Carter Matt during the last season of Celebrity Apprentice. He wrote about the cast and the tasks and even a bit about “the Donald.”
On Thursday, he wrote an article about the new Celebrity Apprentice All-Stars. I loved what he had to say about Clay.
‘The Celebrity Apprentice: All-Stars’: Clay Aiken, Annie Duke among snubs
When “The Celebrity Apprentice” released their all-star cast recently, we had a rather simple reason to it: wait, what?! While there were some great selections (Penn Jillette, Omarosa), there were also a number of choices that make us roll our eyes a little bit. In particular, we don’t know what Donald Trump was doing in ignoring so many of the great women who have been on this show over the years.
With that in mind, we’ve compiled a list of ten people that for whatever reason, the producers overlooked in casting this season. It’s possible that these people just weren’t interested, but really the only people we would have kept on the show over them that are on the current cast are Trace Adkins, Gary Busey, Lil Jon, Omarosa, Brande Roderick, and maybe La Toya Jackson. Add these ten people, and you would have had a perfect cast.
…Clay Aiken – He and Annie Duke are the two greatest players to never win, and we’ll stand by our choice of him as the more deserving winner over Arsenio Hall any day of the week.

News was posted Thursday night that Clay was in New York, Thursday night, attending the Flawsome Ball, an event to benefit the TZone at the Lower East Side Girls Club! This is the charity event sponsored by Clay’s good friend, Tyra Banks. We even got some pictures of Clay. Isn’t it nice to see friends helping each other as they work to make the world a better place.
All for now…I look forward to another fabulous day seeing the sights of Washington D.C. and meeting more wonderful Clay fans.
