Clay Aiken had a busy day on Thursday as he traveled through District 2 of North Carolina. He stopped in the town of Angier, North Carolina. Angier is in Harnett County and has a population of just under 5,000 residents.

Clay and his team, made a stop at Randolph Community College.
Randolph Community College is a public, two-year community college established to serve the citizens of Randolph County. The College began operation in 1962 as a joint city-county industrial education center under the direction of the Trades and Industrial Division, Department of Vocational Education. The college is headquartered in Asheboro near the geographic center of North Carolina.

Franklinville, North Carolina is an former textile mill village located on the banks of the Deep River. It is in Randolph County and has a little over 1,100 residents. Clay and the bus stopped in Franklinville for a meal at the Franklinville Restaurant.

Clay held a Town Hall Meeting in Snow Camp. The Snow Camp Farmers Market posted the following on FaceBook:
A Wonderful event at the drama site with Clay Aiken.
He came for a town hall meeting to the drama site.
He came well informed and dedicated to representing his district. … if you have a chance to hear him it is worth your Time.
Just the fact that snow camp was included on the tour is a sign of what he wants to represent.Thank you clay for coming.
