Clay will perform at the BENEDUM CENTER in Pittsburgh on June 21 through June 26.
there are a few tickets still available. I hope you will be able to see the show.
The character, Man in the Chair, is a Broadway fanatic who is agoraphobic and a loner. He listens to the recording of the Broadway show, hoping that it will cure his profound sadness. The Man in The Chair provides a running commentary throughout the show.
Clay received many positive reviews for his performance. My favorite review was written by Roy C. Dicks – Triangle Theatre critic. He wrote:
.…the big surprise was Aiken In this non-singing role, he proved to be an astute comedian, landing his punch lines with consummate skill, knowing the reclusive character enduring in a subtle, knowing performance. I highly recommend it….
It’s a fun show and I am sure Clay will be amazing in the production. And….Pittsburgh CLO presents wonderful programs!
I hope you enjoy this video. It gives you an introduction to the show.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
