Clay Aiken – Typing Along

On Thursday night, Clay Aiken went on a twitter run.  During the Republican Debate, Clay followed along and posted at least 25 tweets and re-tweets.  And Clay had a pretty big following with up to 750 people responding to some of his tweets.

If you didn’t see the tweets, check them out at Clay’s twitter page or you can see them on this board in the right side column.

Some people didn’t watch the debate and chose instead to watch American Idol.  Tonight, the show introduced the top 10 contestants  for the final season.  And, Kelly Clarkson was there as a guest judge…and she also performed on the program.

I still enjoy some of the pictures of Clay from his American Idol days.  Do you remember these?

  1. It was interesting that they introduced Kelly as the one contestant who was never in danger of being eliminated; never in the bottom 2. Hello? Was Clay ever in the bottom 2? NO! Harrumph.

  2. I didn't watch the debate, *shivers*. I chose instead to watch AI and was very impressed with the 10 singers chosen PLUS the real treat in watching Kelly judging. She was amaaazing! The very personal song she sang at the end had her and everybody else in tears. I was a blubbering mess!

  3. Beautiful performance by Kelly, what a great voice! Speaking of great voices, Clay is the best! Love all the AI pictures of OMC, especially the one where he is backstage looking a bit nervous! So cute!
    I couldn't watch the debates—————SCARY!

  4. I missed the debates and AI because I was being blown away by the touring cast of "Motown the Musical". Don't miss it if it comes to your town.
