Friendship is one of the most beautiful things.
Friends inspire us, support us, help us to grow, and make us feel valued and loved.

Did you know that today is:
What a perfect day to start The Friendship Fund
for the National Inclusion Project!
According to the National Inclusion Project:
By giving to the Friendship Fund, you will ensure that the National Inclusion Project can continue to help children build inclusive friendships, so no one sits on the sidelines. Through innovative training for practitioners and public outreach campaigns to parents, we are making friendship a priority for all children.
It sounds like something we all would like to participate in. But….there is more. This is a time when we get to honor our own friends by donating $25 to the Friendship Fund.
It’s a win-win project. We get to honor our friends and the National Inclusion Project raises funds for The Power of Friendship.
So…will you pick a friend who you met though The National Inclusion Project or someone you met through your love and respect of Clay Aiken? Or maybe you want to honor a lifelong friend from your childhood. Every friend is special!! AND….since someone I know has a birthday this week, I will be sure to celebrate my friends and Clay’s birthday!!
So…put on your thinking-cap and get ready t0 celebrate friendship.
According to The National Inclusion Project:
- Your friend will receive a notification of your gift in their honor (including a personal message from you!)
- We will share a photo of you and your friend together in our 2016 Friendship Album on Facebook*
- You will receive a graphic to share on your social media channels to encourage others to join you*
And remember, everyone can help, even if you cannot donate at this time. If you can’t, you can still honor your friend on social media. Tweet, tweet, and tweet again!!! Let your friend know how important they are and at the same time, you will be sharing The National Inclusion Project with the world!!
I see only one problem with The Friendship Fund…I want to write about each of you…your friendship to me has been amazing.

The Friendship Fund will run through the month of December!
I think we all want this to be a success for The National Inclusion Project!
And, I can’t think of a better Birthday gift for Clay Aiken!
